We aim to promote inclusive hiring practices, encourage collaboration, and support economic growth for the cross-disability community. Our mission primarily focuses on supporting local businesses, but there are opportunities for individuals, too. Our advisory board assists us with various tasks and organizes job fairs to help people with disabilities find employment.

Additionally, we value input from our community members and welcome diverse perspectives.
