- Winners will be notified on July 22, 2024
- Winners will be recognized and honored at Golden Ice Cream's GRAND OPENING and IDEAL Employer Reveal Celebration on July 29, 2024, at 4500 N. 10th St. Suite 40, McAllen, Texas 78504, from 6 - 8 PM

Our Mission Statement
The mission of DCC-RGV is to support local businesses via the promotion of inclusive hiring best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting economic growth for the Cross-Disability Community.
The Disability Chamber of Commerce RGV is the 4th cross-disability chamber of commerce in the nation!
It is a regional, South Texas Chamber that provides disability-friendly employers in the Rio Grande Valley with educational workshops, networking events, corporate training and easy access to available resources so that they can provide meaningful, dignified, integrative employment opportunities to individuals with different abilities.
